Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities
- —Provide ongoing support for clients and families
- —Conduct functional behavior assessments
- —Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- —Oversee assessments and program data analysis
- —Attend weekly staff meetings
- —Develop and conduct staff trainings
- —Collaborate with other BCBAs
Qualifications
- —Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education
- —BCBA certification
- —Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior programs
- —Experience training staff
- —Clear background check
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities
- —Working directly with clients and parents
- —Relationship building through social play
- —Implementing individualized ABA programming
- —Implementing behavior treatment plans
- —Opportunity to train entry-level BTs
Qualifications
- —Minimum high school diploma
- —RBT certification from BACB
- —1+ year experience with children with autism
- —1+ year ABA experience
- —Strong communication skills
- —Clear background check
Behavior Therapist (BT)
Responsibilities
- —Implementation of individualized behavior plans
- —Work under BCBA supervision
- —Track behavioral data
- —Document daily behavioral notes
- —Maintain procedural integrity
- —Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
Qualifications
- —High school diploma
- —1+ year ABA experience
- —Passion for working with clients with developmental challenges
- —Afternoon/weekend availability
- —Clear background check
